Can anyone confirm if this is a genuine SMS from 02 please-

We can call you on a day that suits you best.
Reply with:

A for Monday
B for Tuesday
C for Wednesday
D for Thursday

@peterhelpme I don't know if the text is genuine, but 8002 is the number for O2 Business customer service. I think I'd call that number before replying to the text.

We never advise anyone to upgrade from a call or a text anyway.

Additionally, in this current crisis, and with so many scams and texts doing the rounds, O2 Business should rethink their strategy of sending texts of this type to their customers.
