Hi I was using a Lebara sim while I was in the UK in July for 2 weeks, and the number that is registered on my O2 account is one I don't recognise or at least don't remember using, and thus I have not been able to receive any texts, and now I can't log in to my O2 account without a OTP as proof that I am the user of the account. And as we speak I am not sure if the Lebara sim number or the sim itself is active, as I am no longer in the UK.
And the only thing I would like to do is make payments to my contract. Please if I can get some help.

The Lebara sim has nothing to do with your O2 account, so ignore that.
