Hi all,

Weird problem here. My IMEI number on my handset has been blacklisted. I did not request this, I bought the handset outright direct from google in 2021, it has never been lost or stolen.

Now everyone is saying because they did not place the block they cannot help me! O2 are my sim only contract provider and since IMEI blocks are for network connection I figure they are my best bet, but they aren't very helpful on the phone. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It could be an error by a different network.

Hiya,

I have not used this site, but I used two other sites including one provided to me by my roaming network provider and I can see that the IMEI is blacklisted, I also confirmed this with O2 this morning but they said they could not help me.

Will this site tell me which network blacklisted my IMEI?

Hiya, I checked using that report and it also seems to list it as currently blocked

@NilaJ

Checkmend should tell you which network has blocked it.

Only that network can unblock it.
