Hey,
I've inserted my Sim that came in the mail yesterday and left it 24 hours but its still saying Sim not provisioned. I can't call you to sort this out since the phone won't work and don't have access to a phone line so can someone please activate the sim on the phone as I need it before the weekend.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

O2 I switched to you because you promised to offer a better service but by some leap of logic you expect people to have 2 phones on hand in case they can't get 1 of them working? Utterly ridiculous service.
