You just done top up or cancel the rolling plan and any continuous payments that you have on the account.
There are NO refunds on PAYG so no refunds are due.
If you cant turn off the continuous payments then call customer services on 4445 or 0344 809 0222 tomorrow morning

O2 will refund you if you switch to another network using your PAC or STAC.
