Hi there @thecanning

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

I silence my phone until I can deal with the calls emails and texts.

This is available as a drop down on my Samsung.

email alerts can be disabled from the email app on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can ask o2 customer services to disable notifications but that would all notifications I assume.

You can contact o2 customer services social media teams and request here

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Customer services cannot turn off your phone notifications.

These are simply handset driven and should be disabled in the phone settings.
