I'm currently in Northern Cyprus my screen broke whilst here I had a replacement fitted but my phones comeback working but I seem to have lost my network I can't find data roaming or data usage as I did. I only had an SD card in before but now thinking my phone had esim?? I'm really confused as I only ever had one card in slot which was SD card? I'm on pay monthly sim [personal details removed] Mr Timothy Rennison

@Tim858 You certainly won't be able to find a network with just an SD card. It's possible that whoever did your screen repair deleted your esim. I don't think you'll be able to get it back until you return to the UK, but you can try to speak to customer service. When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
