I have got a new phone

I have purchased a new phone. Can I just pop my current SIM card in or do I need a code from yourselves?

Just use your sim in any phone you like.

@Bels You can use your old sim, but if it was 4G and you want to take advantage of 5G services you'll need to get a new sim. Easiest way to do that is to pop into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and they'll do a swap for you. Be sure to bring photo ID if you choose to do that.

Alternatively, you may want to use an eSim, if your new phone is capable. If you do, see this:
