I cant make or receive calls via my O2 esim which has been working OK up to today. Incoming and outgoing calls via the physical SIM on EE still work fine. I'm on an iPhone 12. Pls can anyone advise/help? Thanks

Does your O2 SIM show network coverage? You've not said, and if not, there's another potential cause.

I'm still working out what the hell the EE sim has to do with anything, as its a different company, different infrastructure, so has bod all bearing on the o2 sim not working...

I guess @madasaf1sh that he is trying to suggest that it is not an issue with the handset itself ?
