Solved: I can’t send txt message to one specific number

Hi Like in topic I can’t send txt message to one specific number I’m using iPhone I check everything in my settings and everything is ok I can make a call to this number, that number where I can’t send a message not block me he have turned off spam protect and everything looks fine, he can sen message to me and make a call where can be a problem ??

Assuming that the other party has checked the spam list in their message settings as well as blocked numbers (2 different settings) then the issue must be with the other parties network.
