Hi. Ever since I changed to a new eSIM my outward sms text function hasn’t worked.   It keeps saying there’s a mobile mast fault nearby but i have same problem when I try to text from other locations 

 

I’m on a critical emergency contact line for a relative who has an android phone where iMessage is no good 

 

Please help
