Huawei P30 pro, data problem

Hello I am using a Huawei P30 Pro, I have 4G data but i always seem to lose internet connection.

I always have to go into data settings and turn 4G on and off than I will receive data.

any ideas ? thank you

I'd start off with a new sim to see if it helps.

Visit any O2 store with photo ID to get one.

It's a known issue.

Sometimes resolved with a new sim but otherwise a network refresh done by customer services.

Sim swap is the easiest to try first.
