I have three family numbers moved from Virgin to O2 but they are not linked to my email which was registered before the move... How to request this?

You cant at the moment merge the accounts, due to the migration of Virgin Media customers into o2, so for now you will have to have separate Myo2's for all of them.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
