How do I remove my bundle on an old 02 sim it’s just a phone I use occasionally I have been on hold to 02 for over an hour I only want to remove a bundle and go back on pay as you go classic why is it so hard to get through to somebody

You need to switch to giffgaff, Asda mobile or 1pMobile to get the old fashioned PAYG style accounts.
