Hi,
Im moving my account from a pay monthly to a pay as you go rolling monthly.
I’ve asked to take my number, my old sim has just lost service but the new one doesn’t yet reflect the number change.
how long am I looking at and which sim should I leave in the phone in the meantime?

If your old SIM has lost service, put the new SIM in and check.
You may have to reboot a couple of times this afternoon

Just as an update to this - I'm on iphone and had to go into settings/general/transfer or reset/reset/reset network.
This was the only was to get the phone to recognise the SIM update.
