How do I return an online order

I ordered an mobile broadband device based on what is clearly incorrect coverage information and now wish to return it. How do I do that?

I've kept all of the packaging and I can't see a returns form. If my only option is to contact customer services, can you give me an email address or phone number please as the website is very poor in providing these (contact us link goes to a generic page which leads to FAQs only as far as I can see).
