Hello I have now been without a signal for 24hours I do not know how to report the fault i have checked the network status checker all it says is theres a fault but it doesn't help me any further than that, I need my phone for my job and my phone does not have he wifi calling facility. Thanks in advance for the help 😊

Network Checker in MyO2 asks you to login, and this set of tips, @Naomi6 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Every time the tool is used, it is logged - get others to use it in your house or neighbourhood too. Sign up for the SMS option on the tool too.
