How do I get my £1 ear buds

I purchased a new phone over a month ago and I’ve been waiting patiently for the text regarding my £1 ear buds that I could claim 1 month after purchase, haven’t had a text and don’t know how to request them from O2

You need to contact O2.

Did you ever receive them? Still yet to receive mine after contacting o2. They say they've raised it but feeling like I was mis-sold

One I have looks like it might have been removed which is strange. Luckily I have chat logs with support through the myo2 app to confirm I'm elible for it. Device is an s23 ultra 512gb. Offer ran from the 31st august to 4th october 2023
