How do I get a replacement pay as you go sim card

I have an old PAYG  phone with some data left on it . It has a standard sim but I need a nano sim for the new phone . How do I get this please . The number is

I'd do it every 3 months knowing how O2 are trying to drive all PAYG customers to contracts.
