I have virtually no signal in my house, which is in the centre of Cardiff and should have strong coverage. What can I do to boost my home signal? Does O2 have a booster available to fix this issue?

Booster boxes used to be available on a restricted basis to Business Customers only, @Hevridge - if you are having persistent issues that are not helped by using the tips in this guide Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? then you should reach out to O2 on Social Media, links below this post, and then perhaps look at other mobile networks' coverage in your locality.

Good luck!

@Hevridge You might also want to consider getting a phone that's compatible with WiFi calling if the phone you have presently isn't capable of that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
