I'm in another country so have no access to another phone. O2 sent me a text saying "great news we've upgraded your sim only" but now my phone shows Sim 1 is not provisioned seconds later?? After multiple resets it's still not working. Borrowing WiFi in a bar at the moment but this is an absolute joke, unable to send or receive texts, calls or use data.

And to top it off, all their agents are busy. Thanks for nothing o2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
