Hello, I've been having problems with my internet access from my phone. I can't get through to any pages, and the email is not letting me get to any new emails that I may have. Can you help me at all, please? Jo x

Settings >Mobile service....
Make sure mobile data is on, then
Settings >Apps and open each app and make sure mobile data is on.

Thanks! I've done that, and it looks like all of the apps are on, but there seems to be no difference with the internet and email.

It's happened over the past week. I thought it was my Dad making our internet a more minor contract. The internet on my computer has been fine. It's just my phone now. Jo

Is it any different between using mobile data and wifi?
Have you checked in your MyO2 to see if you have any data lefty this month?
