Hello, I've been having problems with my internet access from my phone. I can't get through to any pages, and the email is not letting me get to any new emails that I may have. Can you help me at all, please? Jo x

I'm not sure what to do now. I was thinking of visiting an O2 shop and seeing if they can help.

You didn't answer the last questions I asked, but yes, visiting a shop is an option.

Take photo ID with you in case any account changes are needed.

These were the data figures and sum from yesterday: 5.10 - 4.81 = 0.29. Does this make any sense to you?

This is starting to sound like an issue with your phone.

Do other phones in the house work OK on wifi and can you try your sim in another phone to see if data works then?
