i cannot send gifs at present, the icon has been replaced with the live location icon. Any help please

Not sure what you mean, @Gaz57 - this article talks to sending images outside of apps like WhatsApp, Gchat, Messenger, etc: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/text-and-picture-messaging

Tagging @Martin-O2 and @Breanna as the article link refers to a video about MMS, which is a broken link.

Please come back with more info if I have  misunderstood.

It was removed as it mentioned the now gone "guru" branding.

Ah yes, the branding that used the previous, now discontinued, term for "Tech Support" - that is all well and good, but leaving a dangling reference is not much use either - surely they could link to your superbly-done Community Guide regarding MMS, @MI5? After all, it's meant to be about the helping the Customer 😏
