Giffgaff PAC code not port number transfer to O2

The PAC code giffgaff have given me is not porting my old number to new O2 account. What do I do next the sort problem

Probably best to contact O2 to check then @Chris63

Start by getting a new PAC from giffgaff as yours may have expired.

Thanks for quick reply. PAC code only issued yesterday so should not have expired yet. Spoke two O2 operatives yesterday, second one confirmed it was all going through but then received two automated messages saying could not port number
