is there any way to block gambling sites from getting access?

You can turn on age restriction Guide: O2 Age restriction

Possibly, if you mean blocking being able to call them, a Bar is needed: Guide: O2 BARs - and you will need to reach out to O2, link just below has the Social Media details.

If you mean blocking gambling websites, ones that the default Adult Content Guide: O2 Age restriction does not deal with, then again a question to O2 may help - 202 is the number from an O2 phone if Social Media is not your thing. Good luck, @sharpayy28.
