Galaxy Watch 4

I have just got a galaxy watch 4 and when I am away from my phone I reciebe emails and messages. I am unable to make any calls though and the message says emergency calls only. I have checked the network is set to connect to auto and I have checked the settings on the watch and phone, both say the O2 Account. Please help.

I saw that, my watch shows 4G and receives messages

I'm having the same issue. Spoken to 12 different people at O2 and been in to the store. Some of the customer service staff have no clue what to do and just pass me on. Others have done a Google search and found the advice on these forums but still no joy. One person thought I needed a SIM swap, which ended up killing my phone sim for 24 hours. It's so bad.
