Free Audible Trial - Cancellation

As part of my upgrade I had a free 3 month Audible trial.  This comes to an end this week and I do not think it is worth keeping and certainly not prepared to pay for it. 

 

I have called Audible and they have informed me the contract is through O2 so I need to cancel through them. 

 

I can't find a way to cancel it on the website or on My O2 and when I call it keeps kicking me off.

 

Any ideas?

You can cancel in your MyO2 

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click the big + beneath your extra.
Click "Manage"
Click "Turn off auto renew"
You will get an email to confirm.

Thanks for this - finally got somewhere with this advice after going round in circles. Now let's see if it really has cancelled!

Hi all
Bit frustrated
I saw in my audible account I had two credits but only expected one left as part of my free extras
So went to extras and cancelled audible thinking my remaining credits would be there
Instead I now have no credits ..?
How do I redeem my last credit and reinstate the rest of my free trial? Usually with a free trial you can cancel anytime but they’ll still let you see through the free trial period.. hugely annoyed cannot find a way to speak to a human about this

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
