Hi
Can some one please help me.stupidly i got scammed and they ordered a iphone 13 promax 512 gb.Although it was out for delivery a return request has been put in place .But my account now shows as the iphone with a payment of £37.48 a mnth and £1311.52 left to pay .Can some one help getting this removed and my account reverted back to my previous one as i certainly didnt agree or sign for it.Im panicking big time now about this.

You would need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Cust service said they will cancel the fraudulant upgrade under the cooling off period when they get the phone back which according to dpd tracking will monday .Why cant they just cancel the upgrade now ? Ive told them its fraud.

Because it could be you committing the fraud, and trying to pull a fast one...
This does happen, just like with lost and stolen phones, people lie to think they can get a free phone...
