I recently purchased a z flip3 (today actually) I need to do a factory reset but it asks for my password (which I forgot almost immediately). Every time I try it just asks for my password and a highlighted message saying pdp backup setup-wizard fail. How can I fix this please?

@Suz_f I'm not sure why you would need to do a factory reset on a brand new phone, but you'd probably be best contacting Samsung directly about this: Product Help & Support | Samsung United Kingdom
