Hi I’m having some trouble trying to change my password. Firstly I’m trying to go from pay as you go to monthly. But in order for me to do this I need to login but I’ve forgotten my password. So I’ve followed the prompt to change the password but I’m met with a security question I’ve never set up before. So I went into my account settings through the app which I know my PIN number for and went to put my answers in for the security questions. But in order for me to submit the Information i need to put my password in which I don’t have and can’t reset at the moment. So I’m in a bit of a loop I can’t get out of. And I’ve even tried the ai assistant with no luck because it doesn’t understand my question and repeats the options. I need to ideally speak with a real agent to solve this issue. If anyone could help me out I’d be ever so grateful. Thanks.
