I've forgot my pin for my voicemail and cant get talking to anyone to unlock it how do I get this problem solved I've tried the number you text reset to never received a code back

Thanks I've looked through that before seems to just keep telling me I need to ring and speak to customer care but when I ring I can't get talking to anyone 😞

Hi @Carrie2 The answer is in the link sent Jonsie sent however to make it easy here is the steps.

 

You can reset your PIN at any time, just text RESET to 802901. You'll be sent a temporary PIN, which you’ll need to change before you can listen to your messages.
You can change your PIN any time, just:

  • call 901
  • press *
  • choose option 4
  • follow the instructions for setting up a PIN.

When you set your PIN, try to choose a number that’s difficult to guess. So don’t go for repeat or consecutive numbers, or the year you were born.
