My mobile started being faulty just before lockdown and it was less than 12 months old, it is now becoming more problematic. I have soft reset it many times and the fault remains. I cannot get through to O2 the only option available when I call is to upgrade or cancel contract or search O2 online but just cannot find any help at all. Pointless paying for a phone that doesn't work and I rely on the phone as working from home all my calls are diverted to my mobile. It constantly freezes, randomly clicks on things I haven't clicked on, scrolls all over the place, it's very hot all the time, basically not fit for purpose.
