I want to increase the ring time before my phone goes to voicemail how ?

You may need to turn off wifi calling to send the code and some phones will only send on 3g data.

None of the ways I've found anywhere work. The only thing I've not done is contact customer services, maybe that does work.

It's bizarre that O2 insist on inflicting such a short ring time on us and then break the method of addressing that and it seems it has been broken for some months as far as I can see.

Not great O2

Hi please can I have help? I have tried these instructions and my phone says it was successful. But there are still not enough rings before voicemail kicks in. It rings for 18 seconds. Thank you
