Hello
When I am out and about and need to park using the RingGo Parking app, I get the error message: No network connection available.
when I am at home, using wi-fi, the RingGo app works perfectly.
I have tried all the obvious remedies… (uninstalling/reinstalling the app) (restarting phone) (checking my mobile settings).
I can use Apple Car Play on 4G, and What’s App also works on 4G, but not the RingGo Parking app. (annoying!)
In summary, the RingGo app only works on wi-fi and not on 4G
i am using an iPhone 14 Plus
i have a pay monthly SIM only contract with o2
Can you suggest any remedies to fix this, please ?
This exact same question was raised in the Pay Monthly forum about 2 years ago by another user, but there was no outcome posted.

As your data is working for other apps I can only guess it is a RingGo issue.
I'd try their customer service too https://www.myringgo.co.uk/help

Check in settings >Mobile data and scroll down to find the app.
See if the switch is green to use mobile data.

Thanks for your reply, MI5. Mobile Data switch is green.
Ringgo App still doesn’t work.

Thanks, I’ll head over to RingGo’s Customer Service and see what they can come up with.
