Hello.
I am writing because I stopped receiving text messages since 10/10/23. Since then many phone calls have been made, many hours on the phone. I was promised the investigation. I haven’t heard anything. This is extremely important for my banking and others. I have tries everything so far: resetting the phone , the messages, I put the sim in other mobile phones. I still couldn’t receive texts. This is extremely inconvenient. I cannot get the service I am paying for. For this reason I am very disappointed with O2 service this time and considering leaving unless this will be sorted immediately. Looking forward to hearing the response.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

Hello. Just wanted to share my experience.3 months ago my text messages stopped coming.i made many calls to O2 since then. No help received. Recently I stopped receiving calls from other networks. After the calls to O2 nothing was done again. So extremely disappointed with their service that considered to leave. Extremely bad costumer service. Not solving the issue for 3 months and other problems started and no help again.
