EMI11 number

I've just purchased a new Samsung S24 Ultra and I need the EMI11 number to claim my free watch.  What electronic document will I find it on please

If an O2 offer, all info in here, @Diane1012 - Guide: Gift with Purchase  

IMEI number will be on the box the phone came in, and available if you dial *#06# in the phone dialler.

@Diane1012 If you mean the IMEI number it will be on the box the phone came in and also on your phone if you go into Settings and scroll down to About Phone. You can also type in *#06# in your phone app and press Send.
