Solved: Do I need to change my SIM?

Hello,

I’ve just switched from a contract to a SIM only and I’ve been sent a new SIM card. Do I need to change my SIM even though I am already an 02 customer? If I need to change, how do I keep my same phone number and ensure I don’t loose any data?

No need to change unless you can get and need 5g.

If you do want to use the new 5g sim, just do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
