Do I need a new phone/device

Hi there 

my Facebook was hacked and they have banned my device from Downloading the app and messenger onto my phone 

I have done a factory reset I have deleted app and reinstalled but still not luck 

also got a pay as you go sim to try launch the app but still error 

what can I do.. I need messenger and Facebook app for my work and I can’t get them on my device…will I need to get a new phone to allow me to have these apps or can the history or device info be wiped and cleared ….HELP it’s causing a lot of stress and get no help support or answers for Facebook

On double checking with google I have found out when you are blocked from FB or Messenger, it can be temporary or permanent. You can email them and ask for the ban to be lifted but it depends on whether they are prepared to listen.
