The "Solution" does not work - This seems to have been going on (off and on) for months - Customer Service say wait 24 hrs - then wait 24 hrs - then (as of 24th Dec 2021) wait 3 days - Is anyone actually looking for the solution ?

We are all customers and this is not customer services, so we can only go on what we have been told, which is that o2 is working on the issue (and they will i am assuming working with Disney).
It is high time o2 canned this Disney Plus extra, and just cancelled everyones freebies.
