If your MyO2 is working, that should work: under MyO2 > Cards and Direct Debits, @Support1

ive tried to change my direct debit online, but not sure if its gone through card ending 5728 ?  new card

Nobody here can access your account. Check tomorrow, as the accounting transactions roll up overnight on the O2 side. If you received no error, you should be able to check and confirm by eye tomorrow, @holly8.
