My name is John.

I was confused and still am.I was with virgin media but I never ever signed up to them to get the volt or 1000mb on broadband. My service was 340mb and still is.I remember getting a SIM card through the post which I ignored it then out of blue months ago I received a bill from you and I didn't have a clue why.I know for sure virgin media make things up or add you to an account if your not told.A few months ago I got a letter from you 16/April/2024 concerning my outstanding bill.I have never ever contacted you and I have ADHD so I'm continually loosing my mobiles but always stay with Tesco which I have got now.The number some time ago I had with vodaphone for short time *********** but that wentong ago.I never ever had an order number but on this letter from you is a reference no ********. Virgin for some reason must of started an account up but believe me they do some odd things. This week I get put on TV all kids channels all the sport channels and are getting rid of sky cinema which I don't mind having.Ive got no kids and I hate all sport in everyway.Yet they do this then I called them and went mad.So can you cancel the bill as it was never used.My phone number if you need to talk to me is ************ thx J
