I've just received my new upgrade phone, but can't connect as I'm getting a message saying no sim card. I opted for a digital sim so don't physically have one, how do I activate the digital sim?

There's a good chance you won't be able to login to your MyO2 as you will be required to receive a code.
In which case, you'll need to contact O2 or go in store with photo ID.
