I have (multiple times) tried to cancel Disney+. I have visited extras on my O2 and see the active subscription. I click to cancel the plan and the next page appears saying ‘it looks like you’ve got lost’ At the moment all I have lost is money and time trying to navigate this overly complicated process of cancelling a subscription. Can this please be resolved and could it be made somewhat easier for people to navigate this process in the future?
