hi,
On the 4th July I opened a new O2 account - a monthly sim only contract. During the application I included the PAC number (received from Vodafone, my existing mobile provider) and requested to keep my old number for my new O2 account.
Two weeks later any my old Vodafone sim is still working and the number has not been ported over to my new O2 account.
When will this be resolved? I don't want to lose my existing number if the 30 day time limit for porting is exceeded.
