Hope you can help, since yesterday, my daughter can’t call (goes straight to voicemail) or text me? I can call her/text her, other daughter on O2 and son Vodafone can get through, just not my daughter on EE?
I use a Nokia phone and don’t think I could have blocked her by accident?
Can you please help?
not sure if it’s my end or daughters, we are both reaching out for help…?

Thanks

Daughter came to visit, my phone doesn’t have block call option (really old phone) anyway, she deleted everything on my phone and out it back on, seems to be working now (fingers crossed) if not, she says she will get me a new phone after Christmas

thanks again for your help/advice and patience

@oldJean

Most likely you that has blocked her number.

Check the settings on your phone and in her contact card.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Has your SIM got full service, @oldJean?

Blocking on your end would not divert to voicemail, but loss of signal or service would - although for all callers, not just EE customers.

Sounds like issue may be on the daughter's service, unless she can also call and text to your other Vodafone contact.
