Hello everyone 👋👋
I recently changed my iPhone XR to iPhone 14 pro max. I unpaired my Apple Watch and paired it with my new iPhone. Unfortunately I can’t get my data allowance to transfer, everytime I try to set it up, I get code 14.
I’ve contacted o2 numerous times. I was told I needed an e-sim, received it and it didn’t rectify the problem. I’m literally going round in circles.
Can any kind person please assist?
Thank you

The imbeciles in customer service have no idea. Why would you need a new esim that you can do nothing with!
What's needed is the esim that's already embedded in the watch resetting.
Keep trying O2 until you get someone who knows what they are doing.

Thank you M15.
I’ve just finishing speaking to a wonderful o2 customer assistant, who has rectified the issue. He reset the esim in the watch and I’m back in business.
Hallelujah!
