I have contacted o2 twice in the last few days to arrange for a faulty handset to be replaced, however all of the PDF return delivery instructions snet via email are corrupt and can't be opened. I've tried both on laptop and smart device a d various PDF platforms, all unable to open the documents. Has anyone else experienced this. The second agent I spoke to has resent them, but again same problem.

Save it on your laptop then right click and choose to open in your browser.

Thanks @MI5. I've tried that, no success. I've noticed the file path contains the word jasper, jot seen than before. E.g [filename.jasper.pdf]. Is that normal?

I've no idea tbh.

Try renaming the file.

It sounds to me like he has sent you a link to the file rather than a copy of the file ; the link isn't working because the file is behind O2's firewalls.

Ask again ?
