Combining multiple accounts

I appear to have 4 usernames: 3 on O2 accounts and one on Virgin Media. Two O2 accounts are not functional.
So currently I have an email on O2 and a different email on Virgin Media. When I try to change the username on O2  to that on Virgin Media it says username already registered and I just go around in a loop.

i can’t combine the O2 and Virgin Media accounts either.
How do I combine all these into one username and login?

Looks like VMO2 have temporarily removed that functionality, @DB04 - reach out to O2 on X or FB Messenger:

As they they have' Temporarily' removed getting and swapping som cards via MyO2 even though the website says you still can
