Hi I’m new to o2 and had caused to use the chat/message function within the iOS app.
having resolved the conversation I can’t seem to clear the history/chat.
is this possible?

Would you not want to keep the chat as your record of the conversation ?
It could be useful if the problem recurs.

True, but it was not an issue - my OCD would like the option to tidy up!
